Preferred by many of our patients, the wafer-thin porcelain veneer is custom-designed to fit naturally and perfectly over each individual “problem tooth.” Dr. Sun will prepare the tooth structure very conservatively from the front surface while preserving your existing tooth enamel, making it easy to maintain the health of the tooth. Once the individual porcelain veneer is artistically crafted in our in-house lab, a try-in session will assure we have achieved our desired goal – the veneer will then be seated precisely. The result is a dramatic, immediate difference to your smile and self-esteem.

Most dental offices hire an outside lab to create the porcelain veneers and crowns, during which the ceramists never see the patient in person and may not be able to provide an ultimate result due to a lack of clear communication. Dr. Sun’s own in-house lab allows her to design and handcrafts each porcelain dental art piece by hand. Any adjustments that need to be made with the final fit of your porcelain veneers or crowns can be made immediately without an additional visit to our office.
